I’ve been working with Zoë for more than two years now, and she has proved to be indispensable. I love the way that she just quietly gets on with running my calendar and my life in the background. All of my work contacts know how to get into my diary, and so they contact Zoë and she gets it sorted. Zoë manages my diary with my interests in mind and manages my time in line with how I need my life to work.
In addition to running my very complicated work life Zoë also manages travel and logistics for me. She is great at keeping track of my expenses and so makes sure that each cost is appropriately allocated, which when you are plural is really important.
Zoë is technically very competent and is able to run multiple Microsoft packages as well as Xero and able to manage my multiple different diaries on both zoom and teams. She interfaces well with multiple teams in different businesses and is confident enough to to work with many different people remotely. I can wholeheartedly recommend her.

Zoë was very professional when working with me. She was like my swan – peddling underneath but looking calm and serene whilst doing it! It’s difficult finding people used to an ever-changing environment where tasks need to be altered at short notice, but Zoë seemed to take this in her stride, as well as dealing with very different types of client to patients, corporate and media clients, which often lead to completely different types of tasks. I would recommend Zoë as a very reliable member of a team, but also a great autonomous worker, and right hand woman when she needs to be, as she was for me!
