How to make a complaint

Please ensure you add your name, contact details and what your complaint is about. Include as much detail as possible for e.g. dates. Include details of the resolution you are looking for.
We will acknowledge the complaint within 30 days of receipt. We will then investigate the complaint and keep you informed of our progress. Once we have completed the investigation we will inform you of the outcome and action taken.
If you remain unhappy you may contact us again and we can review once more if this is considered useful.
You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the data protection regulator for the UK.
